As for the food... wow. Every dish was a masterpiece, full of flavor and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place that nails it on all fronts, but Dôme truly delivers. “ Very cosy restaurant that first stands out with its decoration and good service. The ambiance is really nice, you feel at ease and relaxed (the chairs can definitely be improved though). They have an outdoor area and an another space downstairs (which we hoped we knew about as it was calmer and chiller there). The menu has varied choice, from gluten free, vegetarian to vegan. We had popcorn falafels with tahini sauce, they were delicious! Also kimchi cauliflower taco with ginger; it was not bad but the ginger felt a bit too much. As main courses, the salmon was a bit disappointing, the top was too hard, almost as if it had waited too much, the purée was too salted (which is something we felt generally speaking on the food). The quinoa zucchini vegan burger was also nice, but the mint inside was too much for me, with delicious sweet potato fries on the side. All in all, it was nice to try this place for sure but for the price we paid, even though we sadly think that the food was not worth it, the ambiance might do it for some. ”

“ We went today, Thursday, 7th August, at 2pm. lt was my first time,and it will not be my last. Variety of dishes, brunch and specialities. Fresh ingredients and a good mix of flavours. Floor manager made us warm welcoming and the waitress Micaela was one of a kind, very knowledgeable and friendly. ”

“ DÔME truly is an unique experience. The restaurant offers a good menu with both vegetarian and meat/fish/chicken options. The popcorn falafel balls are incredibly, I'm still craving for some. I ordered the roasted cauliflower and finished the plate, but I would go for another option next time. The Golden Goose is perfect if you enjoy sweet cocktails. The minimalist interior perfectly fits the menu and atmosphere of the restaurant. We also visited DÔME underground during Saturday night and it was a nice stop for some cocktails. I would love to try the brunch when I’m back in Palma. The service during our dinner was lovely, however it was not the same when we returned for some cocktails at the underground section. ”
